Sorry to see the order's gone wrong. From what I can see your line had a voicemail product called Call Minder Premium for a long time, which isn't a product our systems are familiar with so it pretty much didn't know how to change it.
I've manually put an order through to change the voicemail product to Call Minder Basic and activated Voicemail Extra in your account. The activation our side is instant but the order with suppliers should take up to 24 hours.
