Service response from PlusNet

How long does it take for PlusNet to respond when a telephone fault is reported?  I reported that I had no dial tone on my phone over 24 hours ago (ticket  #93977506) and have not had a response.

Sorry it's not been picked up yet. To answer the actual question we're currently working through Friday evening/Saturday morning tickets, so I imagine that it would have been picked up today or tomorrow.
That being said, I have run a line test and a fault has been identified. I will update the ticket you sent in with the lead times.
