Scam I Think

I received a call today saying that I pay £4 a month for anonymous calls and they would reduce it to £2 50 I told him that I was not paying for anonymous calls,I told him I was with PN he said he his with some company i forgot the name he said phone him back after I had checked my phone bill I wonder if it was a scam.

While I can't say that it was 100% a scam, it doesn't appear to have had anything to do with us.
There are no notes on your account regarding this call and it appears that the last time anyone accessed this from our side was back in December.
