Re. Moved home installation didn’t work

Had a text message to say phone line installed but issues with phone line. People unable to hear home connection. I can hear them. I have tried to call the number the text message sent me this morning but it says not taking calls.
Also broadband not connected when try to log in says no broadband found and disconnected.
