Could someone from Plusnet check the status of the above question for me please?
I've had no phone for over a week. Openreach engineer came out last Friday and spent about an hour tracing the problem and trying different spare lines back to the cabinet, but determined that the problem was underground and it would need another engineer to fix it. As far as I can tell from the support ticket, that second engineer visit hasn't even been booked yet. What's going on?
