Re: Premium rate numbers

As per this thread on the same subject: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,101105.0.html this can be done however its slightly outside our usual processes and we'd need to bill you manually every 3 months...

Re: Premium rate numbers

That would be fine just as long as i could get premium rate numbers blocked could you tell me how much this would cost and how soon it could be done.

Re: Premium rate numbers

Around £3/month I believe. You'd need to raise a support ticket here asking for the service to be added.

Re: Premium rate numbers

I tried raising a support ticket for this ticket number 55883294 only to be told that this is simply not possible to be done some conflicting information if this cannot be done then i think there is only one option left for me and thats transfer my phone service back to BT but keeping the broadband with plusnet .

Re: Premium rate numbers

If you read the thread that Adam linked to you will see that sometimes agents are unaware what can be done that is what  Adam called "outside our usual processes".
One tried to tell me that it was not possible when I attempted to pay to continue the service that I already had!
Have you tried including a link to this thread in your ticket?

Re: Premium rate numbers

Hi jamesanstee,
I can see one of our agents has replied to your ticket, if you could respond letting us know if that's acceptable and post back here when you've done so we'll arrange it for you. I believe it will need to be charged for quarterly as well, and will almost certainly be separate to your regular invoice if that's alright.

Re: Premium rate numbers

Hi there, I've just placed the order for you but need to arrange a time to call so we can arrange the payment for the next three months? If you let me know when is good I'll give you a ring and sort it Smiley
Cheers.

Re: Premium rate numbers

Well, in the absence of any times to call I've added the invoice to your account so the payment is there and waiting Smiley Hope the premium rate call barring helps.
