Plusnet Call Protect links dead

Did anyone get any of these links to work that you get to from your welcome email? I can't get any of them to work.Capture.PNG

That looks like old voip links and not call protect

Looks like you access it through 1572 according to the Calling Features guide? Not sure why my adding it sent those links.

That does seem odd. When I added it on my account I got the following email:

Subject: Home Phone - new call features

Home Phone - new call features
--------

Hello Harry,

Account username: [removed]

We've received your order to change your call features. The following will be added within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email for the same once completed:

* Plusnet Call Protect

Looking at your account, the email appears to be the same.

@HarryB - I got 3 emails. 1 confirmed the order, 1 was the mail I posted a screenshot of (which I unfortunately don't have anymore) & the other 1 confirming the order had been completed. I was a little confused it said it would take 24hrs to complete but it all completed within the hour.
