Phone package upgrade

Could someone at PlusNet find out why it has taken over a month to change my package from evenings and weekends to anytime. I requested this in September and a reply came back to say this would be on my next billing date which was 4 October. We have now passed another billing date and it still has not been done. I raised a question (30227255) on 4 October and keep getting fobbed off with 'we are unable to answer your question' and saying the next action will be about a week later. If PlusNet cant change the phone package they should say so and I will go elsewhere.
