Hello Since before 12th October I have been trying to add Plusnet call protect to my phone system.
Unfortunately it is still not working. I have spoken to your agents about this, still nowt.
I require Caller ID
Voicemail
and Plusnet Call Protect, none are working on my phone but all are showing active in my members control panel.
Your assistance will be appreciated.

I'm sorry to see your call features aren't working.
I've placed an order with our suppliers to activate those that are showing as enabled in your account.
This should go through within an hour. Can you let me know if they work afterwards?
