Phone Call Help

Hi, I am new to Plusnet. I am on evening and weekend calls. I have been browsing around the plusnet site and found that i have 300 minutes and £55.00 credit. What is the 300 minutes for? Is it 300 free minutes i get between the times 1900-0700 and sat and sun? then after that i have to pay? Also what is the £55.00 credit?  Thanks

Welcome to the forums
The 55.00 credit limit is the maximum you can spend on phone calls each, you can get this changed by calling support if need be.
The 300 free minutes have been removed from that product on the 4th January, ( they were for calling top 20 international destinations within the hours of you call time package)

The call time package is now 7pm to 7am ( was 6pm to 6am before 4th January)

thanks, so do i have UNLIMITED free calls between 1900-0700 and sat and sun? Or is it just £55.00 worth? Or is the £55.00 worth for calls like mobiles, and outside of the hours above? Thanks again

Yes that is correct for 01,02,03, 0845, 0870, remember to hang up and redial before 60 mins tho, or you will be charged per minute there after.
