Ongoing Difficulty adding Call Features

I contacted PN at the beginning of January and arranged to add voice calls and line rental to my existing PN broadband package. I was given a transfer date of Friday 17th January and come the day I received both an email and text from PN confirming that the line had been activated. Later the same day I logged into the Member Centre and added Caller ID and the free version of 1571 (to replicate my former BT set-up) but was unable to purchase Line Rental Saver as the site implied that my PN line was not yet activated. I phoned PN Support on Friday afternoon and was advised to try the Line Rental Saver link again the following day (Saturday) but this didn't work, and despite revisiting the Member Centre several times over the weekend and again today, the response was the same.
In addition, when I added the Caller ID and 1571 options on Friday 17th Jan, it stated that these features would be activated on the next working day, so that's today, Monday 20th Jan 2014, but this didn't happen and so I phoned PN Support again this afternoon and was informed that 'somehow' two telephone contracts had been set up instead of the one that I was expecting, and it was most likely this that was causing the problem with the Line Rental Saver link as well as the Caller ID/1571 issue. I was further informed that someone from the service dept would have a look at this 'later on' after which all should be resolved.
The good news is that I have now revisited the Line Rental Saver portal and have indeed been able to pay my 12 months line rental in advance. The bad news is that I still don't have the Caller ID/1571 features that I requested last Friday 17th Jan and what is more these have mysteriously been removed from my revamped Home Phone control panel.
So now I am wondering if I must once again add the Caller ID and free 1571 options or is my original order from last Friday going to be activated, in which case why is it not still showing as pending?
Perhaps someone could have a look at this?

Hi,
Your account was fixed shortly after your phone call and that is why you were able to add LRS.
I've just placed an order to add Caller ID and the free 1571 on to your account for you, I imagine they got removed while they were fixing your account. Sorry about that.
They should both be active on your line within 24 hours.

Yes I am pleased to report that Caller ID and the basic 1571 service were (re)activated this morning so all is well once again.
