My line has noise, contacted customer service who says it is our problem.
My Mother is with TalkTalk and had similar problem sorted immediately, I'm still struggling with PlusNet even to get to speak to customer service - I can't wait 45minutes!

Have you run through the faults page procedure, assuming your line is with PN?
CHAT may be quicker option than phone.
