Our phone has no dial tone, just static and we are unable to make or receive calls. We've tried the troubleshooter and it said the problem may be internal wiring. We've sent a help message to plusnet via twitter but received no reply. On top of that our broadband keeps cutting out. Not sure what else we can do, so hoping that someone from plusnet sees this and can offer some support.
