No phone/fibre for 5 days now and no updates?

So since I put my initial fault report through no-one has bothered to update me on what's happening.
I have no phone line and as a result no fibre. The initial ticket opened on Thursday said BT Openreach normally take 1-3 days and you'll inform me if it will take longer.
The ticket came off hold midnight yesterday and I've had nothing.
Can someone please provide an update. Your customer service for me has been good so far, don't ruin it now.
Please don't tell me to ring, I'm not sitting on my mobile phone for 30 minutes in a queue.

Well the Live Chat is far better, actually got through....though why my ticket hadn't been updated with the same information I don't know.
