I have just ordered Broadband and Anytime calls with Plusnet. I’m currently using the Post Office for my Home Phone, can you please confirm that I will keep my same landline telephone number when the order is processed? If the phone number cannot be retained, will I be notified and have the option to cancel my order?
It looks like your account has been set up to retain your telephone number. If the number port request is rejected, you should be notified and we should then be waiting for you to confirm if you'd like to proceed or not.
