My BT Call Guardian phone no longer displays incoming numbers (since Thursday 4th May)

Having spoken to Plusnet support they plan to take Call Display off my account today (Mon), put it back on tomorrow (Tues) and phone me Wed to see if my BT8500 phone displays their number calling in. If it still shows 'No number' on incoming calls they will raise an issue with Openreach to check the exchange etc. Someone raised the same issue on the BT community site.

Yes, now resolved after Plusnet Support took off Call Display and reinstating it the next day. Did not need to raise an issue with Openreach.
