Moving Home, why can't we communicate via web/email

Been trying to speak to someone via phone, politicians promises are quicker.
Why can't we communicate via a web form or email.
At Present I'm trying to establish if there is a phone number associated with a place we're buying as we may NOT be able to take current number with us. PlusNet were able to help last time with number associated with this flat, but I can't get through on the phone to check for new place
Can anyone in PlusNet get back, and give me an email contact address?

Try raising a ticket - see link below.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Unfortunately we can't organise house moves over the webchat or ticketing system as there is a lot to go through. Our House Moves team currently only has a two minute wait, and can be reached by calling 0800 432 0200
