Landline transfer email after deciding to go Full Fibre

As with many people, I was getting the phone calls about the upcoming changes. I wasn't able to take any of the calls when they tried, and was hoping to put it off for a bit while I dealt with some other things. Then I got the 30 day warning email so got on with it - opting to get rid of the landline. I was going to do it online but needed to check something so spoke to customer services. I've got Openreach booked in and thought I had everything sorted. However, I've now had a 'sorry you're moving your phone line email', with the close date set for the same as the Openreach engineer.

My question is - is this a standard email even though I'm getting rid of my landline, or do they think I'm transferring it and I need to tell them not to?

@Vox

As you are staying with PN you must make sure that they understand this. It may be a generic email you've received (because of the change of product) but you never know.

Thank you. I'll give them a ring to confirm. Wish they still had live chat

I am booked for an ADSL+POTS to FTTP installation this Thursday (fully confirmed by OR) , and have had no such email.
