Your question is not clear - "When someone dials our landline to call me on my mobile phone, the number comes up Number Withheld".
Do you mean you have given your mobile to someone to use to call your landline number?
Do you see "Number withheld" on the landline telephone when the call comes in from that mobile phone?
Do you see a calling number when other phones call the landline?
If yes to both of the first, then your mobile phone is not set to disclose its number. That has nothing to do with your Plusnet provided landline telephone service.
If no to the last - you never see a calling number displayed - then there could be a fault on the landline telephone.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
