My account is scheduled to be cancelled on the 10th Jan....so why have i been billed for a full month for my homephone?

I'm sorry about this and equally sorry that there's nothing I can do about it until the direct debit payment has completed. Once it has I'll refund you accordingly in a pro rated fashion.
Can you give me a poke about it next week and I'll make sure it gets done along with an investigation into whether this is a one off issue or a wider problem.
