Fake PlusNet calls warning

My phone rang, it said INTERNATIONAL on the caller display.. I knew it was a scam just by that, but answered anyway.
There was a recorded message, with a very friendly lady with an English accent, saying 'I am calling from PlusNet, you have made several daytime calls that you have been charged for, press 2 to upgrade to free daytime calls'
PlusNet this was 10:25 today if you want to try and trace the call.
Obviously I didn't press 2, for a start I already have free daytime calls
Beware people.. these horrible people seem to be getting clever.

I never answer International calls and very rarely 'number withheld' calls.

I get with held calls to do with work, so its a necessary evil for me.

I do get International calls so answer all of them. Some are the usual Jodrell Bankers! However, I agree on the Withheld Number jobbies. Those I hardly ever answer unless I'm expecting the call (my local bank - RBS - always call with a withheld number?)!
