Thanks for this, it works fine and is much appreciated to be able to download the phone calls in csv.

I've got a problem again downloading the calls list using IE7 and Microsoft Works spreadsheet (error message attached).
Anyone else?

[Edit] I've managed to download and open it by right mouse clicking on the link and using "Save target as". It's if I left mouse click on the link that I get the error.

I'm using Excel 2007 and it works with both IE7 and Opera 9.51

I've just tested it on my company laptop using IE6 and Excel 2003 and it works ok.
Maybe it's a Microsoft Works problem or maybe it's a problem with my PC (it was working last time I tried it though).
Is there anyone else who uses MS Works who can test it?

I have tried it with Works spreadsheet and the calls downloaded OK after browsing and selecting Works ss.
The initial message was:
Cannot change the document.....(dates) - calls - 1....
The document is read-only or is open by another user application. To change this file, save it with a different file name.
I then saved it as wss and it is opening normally.

Downloaded calls 09/06/2008-08/07/2008 and 09/05/2008-08/06/2008 successfully but attempting  18/03/2008-08/05/2008 (I signed up in March) the 09/05/2008-08/06/2008 file is downloaded. The bill details displayed on the screen are for the correct dates.
Is anyone else seeing this problem with old (or first) months?

it is reported that they have archived old calls, to spead up bad billing, see status reports, dont know the cut off date, or even if we can, or will be able to get at the archive, over to James B

I'm pretty sure that we're not archiving call that recent.

just checked mine, gone back to Aug 2006 no problem (thats when I started home phone) and  downloaded the CSV
