Custom Voicemail Option No Longer Available?

I would like to record a custom voicemail greeting. In the past there was always an option to do it when I phoned 1571. However it doesn’t come up anymore. Why is that and how can I record my own message?

@Porsmitj2 - From what I can see the greeting option isn't included in the voicemail service on your line, so I've corrected this. If you can give it an hour then try again you should be able to record your own message.

Anoush, how might that happen? Is not that part of the basic 1571 service? Or (internally) is the 1571 basic service a configurable bundle?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
