It does seem the phone order was cancelled by our suppliers on this occasion, in doing this the broadband order was also cancelled as one order failing will cause all linked orders to fail too, I've sent you an email with further details on this that are specific to your situation and I've assigned your account to my team, once our suppliers are open on Monday we'll make sure someone calls them then contacts you to arrange the best action going forward.
I'm not in myself Monday but when I'm back Tuesday I'll check back on things, really sorry that this happened on the order but I'll make sure it is corrected
