Caller Id

Caller Id is not working since moved to Plusnet. My account says it is activated but when I dial *234# it says the service is not available.

Welcome to the forum and to the Plusnet family.

There was a back end issue where caller id wasn't enabled but I have sorted it now. It should work within 30 mins. Please let me know if it isn't
