Caller ID not working

We are relatively new customers an perfectly happy with everything except that caller ID on our cordless home phone no longer works since the transfer. It worked fine with our former provider. I wonder if someone could check things out for us.

It was the same for me when I joined Plusnet, call them and ask them to switch it on ..... worked for me.

I've got the same problem since I moved. Caller ID isn't working, can it be fixed please?

@Lesley54, I've added caller display and it should be working within 24 hours.

There seems to be some confusion on this thread! I am getting messages from Gandalf who is sorting out Lesley54 but my problem persists!
