I have been with Plusnet now for a couple of years and am pleased with the service but one thing which has never worked is Called ID. It is selected as a call feature but still does not work. Any ideas?

Sometimes it does not “take” into BT’s systems. Does the account indicate changes in progress?
You might try removing the option and later re-adding it. If that fails you need assistance from support, either here or phone in.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
