Hi - transferrred to homephone a week or so ago and still no caller display. Using the niumber(s) suggested elsewhere just gets a 'Service unavailable' response. Is it just a backlog in activation?

Hi again! I have double checked everything and although it was ordered on the account, this was not filtered through to our suppliers so I've added this now for you. It should be active today and I've refunded the subscription for it that you paid on your initial fee. If by tomorrow you still don't have the facility on your line, please don't hesitate to contact me
