Caller Display activated but not working

I have Caller Display activated on my Plusnet account.  

However I have never seen it working for me.

Dialling *234# returns "the service requested is not available."

I now have (new) Panasonic phones (model no KX-TGJ423E); the user manual the handset informs me I must first subscribe to caller ID!  This is a vicious circle.  Can someone help please.

Heya @Ken6,

I have a look into this for you I can see that the Caller Display feature is on your account; however, it was not activated on the line I have gone ahead and placed an order to get this corrected it could take upto 24 hours for it to go through if its still not working please reply to this thread and I can take a second look Smiley

I've just checked the order, and it has gone through and is now on your line. If you give it another shot, it should work now
