Call plan minimum term
Hello, can anyone tell me if I purchase an add on call plan, is there a minimum term I need to keep it for please? I understand it won't start until my next billing cycle, but I can't seem to find on the T&Cs for if/when I remove it. And it looks like I can't do it myself online as I have line rental only at the moment?

There's no minimum term for call plans.
To order, log into your account and select "Product Change".
Broadband comes up first, so select "Keep this product". Then tick "No hardware" and "Continue" - and you're then at the stage to select a call package.
