Call data not updating

Looks like this may be stuck again!
No new calls showing since 21/12/08 on my account. Sad

Likewise - I've made a call or too on landline in evening or weekend - so not chargeable but noting showing on my itemised calls.

Just an update to this, we raised a problem on this and there was an issue with a script identified and fixed. The processing of the missing calls started yesterday evening and should now be up to date again. Sorry about any hassle this caused.

as on the other thread, mine is update to 28th lunchtime, not got the call to Ma in Law at 19:30

Calls made last night will be in todays file for processing, it should appear later on today.

I haven't seen any calls registered since the 21/12/08. There is no Service Status Posting on this which can only mean Plusnet are not aware of any problems. In truth I don't think this has ever worked correctly. On the Recent Calls listings it states "Call data is refreshed every 4 hours from 08:00 to 24:00." I can't say that I ever seen any updating at that frequency, the tendency is for calls to be registered the next day when it does work.
I must say this is the least impressive apsect of  the Home Phone service it all seems a bit flaky.

I've just had a look and can see calls from the 21st right up to around 1.30pm on the 27th.

Apparently I was a bit fast for the catch-up scripts, they are still running and should be finished shortly.

Thanks Chris, things now updated to the 27th. It would have been nice to see a Service Status until everything is back to normal, or are script issues normal now?

Sorry, hadn't noticed that question. After reading Paul's possible reason and speaking to Mand, he's pretty much nailed it.
The confirmed and unconfirmed calls are on separate feeds, when we were having problems with confirmed calls we were still processing unconfirmed ones. Hence duplicates appearing, but you will only be charged for one.
Hope that clears it up.
