Call Barring

I am a new customer to PlusNet phone service. Unlike BT, which they are a part of, they do not appear to have Call Barring as a free service. We always have barred 09 calls from our home phone and would like to continue to do so.
Does anyone else have a view and we would like a response from PlusNet.

Whilst both companies are both part of the BT group do bear in mind that we're still separate companies. This means that we both have different pricing structures and services so it's difficult to compare our set of offerings to theirs.
