CLI not working - new account

Judging from the number of forum threads, this lack of working CLI is a regular occurence.

I have several issues with PlusNet service - inoperative CLI is just one.  I have BT 6500 cordless phones on which CLI worked when I migrated from BT a month or so ago.  However, since being on PlusNet - no caller ID is shown.  My account shows CLI is active - but I'm afraid it is a failure.

As someone else notes, the silly season for scam phone calls is well underway and a glance at the caller ID would give a clue as to whether to bother answering the phone.  (I do like to bait the scammers occasionally!). 🙂

I hope this can be resolved quickly!

Fix

Spoke to [CSA Removed] on the helpdesk on Saturday.

He was to reset CLI sometime on Monday, said it should be back on by Tuesday.  Just noticed a call received at lunchtime (I was out) now displays caller ID.
