Broadband and phoneline transfer - when?

Hi,
BB and phoneline transfer initiated on 06/05 from WLR + SMPF provider. BB order completed on 13/05. I've not heard anything from Plusnet, or my existing provider regarding the phone-line transfer. When should this happen? Could a rep please check if it's in progress?

Just had a thought - presumably the "line rental saver" clock won't start ticking until the order completes? Of course, I'm still paying rental to my existing provider currently.

Correct. It'll only kick in once your phone is active with us.
