One of my referrals has recently added home phone to their broadband only account. The switch over date is given as the 17th June. Would it be possible to add line rental saver before the price increase on 10th June?
Hi maranello, I can confirm that even if the switch over date is after the 10th of June they will not be subject to any changes. The price increase only affects customers that sign up/take out phone on or after the 10th of June.
Thanks for your response Linn. Please could you clarify for me, are you saying that the price increase does not affect existing customers and that the line rental will not increase from £14.50 from 10th June?
