Give us a mo Bollard.  That wireshark capture will give us some more information.  Also, we do know that there has been some latency with French Telecom which has been hurting Warhammer.

just home - still got the same problem -  can't get past the "starting product patch"
glad to see you guys are trying -
All business's suffer from problem's it's how you deal with them that counts - from this thread i can at least see your'e on the case.

Thanks for the capture.  The traffic is still being miscategorised   Something is up with our patch.   Tommo is raising a problem on this as I type.  Sorry guys

While we sort this, if you guys keep reconnecting until you hit THN-AG3 (you can see on here: http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway) you will probably get good performance.
That gateway is just coming back from up dropping earlier today so has far less customers on.

almost got in!  got past the patcher, then got to the "battles" loading thing - then it locked - background flames freeze up - and no further progress occurs.
btw anyone know how to call up in game fps?

Hi,
Still absolutely no joy here at all.  I can't get past the patcher at all still.  As I said before, in game latency hasn't been an issue - it's actually connecting to the game that is the problem.
I'm getting quite annoyed with this now.

Come on boys. sort it out. Spending 45 minutes trying to log on isn't fun.
You seem to have your own staff with this game now, surely you have access to all the information you need.

well Kelly's tweak worked for me,
managed to log onto thn-ag3 and went straight in no worries.
This does make me wonder if its a plusnet issue?

Tried Kelly's suggestion, got in straight away. This is a plusnet problem. End of.
