I've just been looking into this issue from our side of things and the issue definitely does seem to be caused by the connection dropping out rather than anything to do with gaming specifically.
Taking a look at the graph below you can see when our equipment has logged a disconnection, it looks like you may have had a clear run with no disconnections on Saturday according to that so did you do anything different to normal then?
I'd urge raising a fault as the next step for you: http://faults.plus.net that will take you through some basic checks to do at home (nothing long winded), start further testing and log a fault with our suppliers if appropriate (and I suspect it is)
Feel free to reply back when you've done that and we'll take things from there.

it is a gaming issue hense my frustration its lags all day and night and browsing the net is equally shocking considering the speed we currently have all we asked before we signed if you listen to our initial call was we mainly wanted this for xbox live i asked if there was support available and asked if it would be smooth gaming and all the answers given sounded reasureing but we will not be customers for many more weeks months if the issue is not resolved quickly , i do appreciate your help im not saying otherwise its just so frustrating to have a service and we are not getting anything its supposed to be doing...

Did you use the internet for other things at all on Saturday ?
