COD4 Xtremeidiots mod server

Well went on this server as recommended by paulpicks and even though I had a really high ping! I didn't do too bad scorewise (I'm the user Duker5) and I can see why paulpicks recommended it, really good server to play on.

My ping is always high on there too , always has been due to it being an american server I guess , but it doesnt seem to effect play in any way.
I aint gonna ask what you are doing up at this crazy hour lol.
I just got up cos I have a nasty cold and the cough woke me up.
Any way I am off to bed again now.

Got carried away playing COD4 lol, off to bed myself now though! Hope ya cough and cold go soon mate and will definitely see you on that server soon
Oh and don't know if you know but if you download that XI downloader program it downloads ALL the COD4 maps that server uses so you don't have to wait for it to download them everytime it changes map on the server (you probs knew anyway lol) but thought I'd share it with you if you didn't.

Yeah , had the downloader for ages now , handy little tool!
One thing I will say regarding ping/latency , is that since I had interleaving turned off with plusnet mine has gone from around the 150 mark on that server down to around 110 now which is quite an improvement.

No not got xfire here but I'll probs be in that server after midnight mostly, because what with having 2 kids (aged 1 and nearly 3) and the youngest not sleeping till she wants to! the only time I really get to sit down with my other half is when they've gone to sleep and are settled which is usually around 10 at night when we actually get to sit and do something together lol so if I said sorry I'm gaming instead I don't think that'd go down too well haha.
Anyway give a time and I'll try my best, obviously we won't be sitting down doing something together every single day, you know what with having an internet life and all

Was on this server again last night, if you read this paulpicks, when do you go on it? I only manage to get on it after midnight, and if you only get chance at the weekend let me know and I'll see if I can get on at some point but chances are it won't be till late at night.

Well I don't play it as much as I used to , got a young daughter and the missis to contend with as well 
The main times I go on it are friday nights , between 11pm and 3am.

Okay no problem, will probably see you on there at some point between 11pm and 3am Friday night then mate. I'm like you what with having 2 kids and the other half to contend with so I only go on after Midnight when their all in bed!

you should both get xfire, only small download, you can tell when ur both on then rather than guessing, as long as you both give ur nicknames

The server ip is 69.9.170.52 for the ace mod.

Well hope to see you both on there this weekend sometime! I don't get to play until usually after midnight like tonight, but will see if I can get on any earlier if possible, what time do you guys usually play?
On a side note I'm getting better so I hope you've been practicing
Finished 3rd today! And my ping has gone down to 125 as well lol, oh and what I love the most about coming 3rd is four of the players were XI members and the owners of the server and I kicked their ass too muhahaha, well apart from DragonSpirit who I tied with for 3rd place!
