when i do a speed test, still reading 150 download
Is that a wired or a wireless speed test ?

Strange, the change to 65Mb upload would suggest that a change has certainly been made. I think you're going to have to call in and get someone to check what's happened
NB have you tried a different speed test , I usually find the Ookla speedtest.net reasonably accurate at the higher speeds

Morning,
I have the exact same problem. Upgraded from 300 to 500 package and my download as gone done to 150 while my upload has gone up to 69.
I’ve tried the usual help options and connection refresh no luck.
To me it feels like the order bot hasn’t processed the upgrade correctly.
Can someone from plusnet please DM me?

Yes, I’ve done the text based line checks and connection refresh options.
Checking my inbox, I upgraded on 17th December 2025. That’s the date on my “Your broadband product change is now complete” email.
