Upgrade

Currently I am on the 500mbps plan, if I upgrade to the 900mbps what happens, does an engineer get re-sent out or do I just restart my router box, is there any downtime, etc?

Fix

@gemscl86 A speed upgrade involves no engineer, and AFAIK, needs no action from you.

Unless done at contract renewal it would require a new contract.

A point to consider: if you are using the supplied Hub Two, you won't see any improvement in download speeds on Full Fibre 900 over WiFi.

Depending on the WiFi adapter in your device and your distance from the Hub, you can expect real-world speeds of around 350 to 500 Mbps.
