Hello,
Another speed upgrade topic. I would like some help please.
I signed up for an upgrade to my full fibre package. My plusnet account shows that this was completed yesterday, 11/12/25. When should I expect to see the upgraded speed as I am still getting the previous speed (500/70) on wired speed tests.
Restarted ONT and router a few times, run the test straight from the router (ux7), used a laptop and phone; no change on download or upload speed yet. I think that the change might have not been actioned yet despite the automated email/ update on my plusnet account.
I appreciate that I am not going to see any real speed difference in my daily use but since I decided to buy the maximum offered speed it would make me feel a bit better seeing it on a speed test 🙂
Thank you in advance,
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hey @enas,
I have looked into this, and I can see what's happened. It appears that when you upgraded, our Robot did not place the order to change your speed to align with your new package. I have placed an order to get this corrected for you, and we are just awaiting confirmation that the order has completed. Once we have confirmation, we will send you an email.
I do apologize for the inconvenience
