Speed drop

Hello,
I have noticed today that my 80/20 service speed has dropped dramatically, done 2 speedtests, including 1 on BT's speedtester and currently getting 14 down and 16 up... can someone please check and advise? Had 79/21 last week!!

Not sure what caused it, however after rebooting the router, it seems to have sped up..?
