Hi All,
I upgraded to Full Fibre 900 which was installed on the 24/12/24. Was getting speeds of around 550MBPS with the best being up to 600MBPS. Last couple of days it seems to struggle to reach the minimum and the latest speed tests I have done are giving about 447mbps but has been lower today. We were supplied with a new Hub 2 Router and I wonder is there any change of config needed at all?
I can attach the log if that would help?
Thank you in advance
Thank you in advance

Are those speed tests on a wired connection ?

Sorry but you really need a wired test to confirm whether there's a basic problem with the connection. Your speed tests are about right for a WiFi 5 wireless connection via the Hub 2.

I see too many complaints about slow Internet speeds. Is this the answer?

Is this a cynical attempt to advertise?

@Dan_the_Van I thought @redsox9 (who has been on the forums for 9 years) would have more sense than to believe an item clearly marked 'repeater' would do what the claim in his post said, disregarding the fluff from the 'engineer' - which is obvious lies.

Thanks, @dvorak - I gave up reading before I got that far, it was so blatantly wrong.

This is utter nonsense!!!
If the “problem” is router throttling (that is reducing the speed / throughput between the router and the internet) over time then “fixing” the local WiFi network (by whatever means) is not going to address the discussed “problem”.
Yet more technology FUD to beguile people into parting with their cash, without thinking through the claims.
EDIT: drafted earlier in the day but not sent … after doing so I can now see the various updates. Arrived at the “party” later than intended!!

Once I started to read the supplied link it was clear that it was an advert.
Can't blame me for the number of negative reviews of the product.
