I'm on the full fibre 900 package. I'm only getting 53Mbps(!) when upstairs and 63Mbps when next to my hub downstairs. This is a Wi-Fi connection, on a smartphone.
I have also tried on my PC (upstairs, Wi-Fi), a very disappointing 84Mbps.
Any ideas?

Is it possible to do a speed test on a wired connection?
It's not beyond the realms of possibility that you are receiving the full speed at your router and it's the WiFi that's letting you down.

Thanks for the reply. I've just carried out a wired test, it's come back as 646Mbps. Not far off my estimated, but wondering if this could be better?
Any recommendations on a Wi-Fi booster or workarounds for the sub 100Mbps on non-wired devices?

In both cases I would first suspect the end devices.
There is a Speedtest "app" (rather than "in browser") which I would try on the cabled device.
On WiFi my first guess is 2.4GHz WiFi and a device that isn't capable of the latest WiFi standards.
That's also true of the Plusnet Hub 2 but it will do better than 63Mb/s.
Try some different WiFi devices if possible.

While the wired test is better you should be getting near the advertised speed of 900. Anything else running at the same time?
As for WiFi - any chance of laying ethernet cable round the house to a WiFi Access Point (WAP)? Gives a good solid starting point.

Hub Two with Full Fibre 900 a wireless speed test when connected to 5GHz gives me a speedtest result for my HP laptop of
Download: 300.99 Mbps Upload: 107.0 Mbps
My Pixel 7 speedtest is Download: 505 Mbps Upload: 106Mbps
Speeds of around 75 Mbps with be 2.4GHz
Hub Two >Home >My network will detail which devices are connected to 2.4 or 5 GHz
EDIT: for improved speeds you need to look at WiFi 6 or better, Hub Two is only 5

I have replaced my hub with a GL-iNet Flint 2 router, I receive fantastic speeds.
