Orbi 7 setup

Hey. Apologies if I’m being an irritating fool. I’m attempting to set up a Netgear Orbi7 RBE372 to plusnet fttp. Router connected to Openreach. I go through the app setup procedure but after imputing Plusnet login details I get a NO INTERNET CONNECTION message. Can anyone point me to further instructions? Many thanks in anticipation
