Is that a wired ( ethernet cable direct to router ) or wirelsss test ?

Are you conducting this speed via a wireless or wired connection.

Have you changed router?

if its the same router, have you tried a router reboot ?

It's the same router hub 2 and it's a wireless test, I've rebooted router.

Can you try a wired test please. Wireless has too many variables to get a consistent result

I've no means of doing a hard wired test, the picture when streaming is low quality sometimes worse than others.

That's not ideal, but try doing a test making sure that the device is connected to the 5ghz wireless and not the 2.4ghz

Check using the Devices list on the Hub GUI. It should show which band each device is connected to.

On the device, check that 'prefer 5ghz' is set (if its available) in the wireless settings

Out of interest, what is your 'device'?

Re: Only getting 18 to 30 mps on a 145 mps contract

Ok, just re-reading the thread

It's the same router hub 2

Is it physically the same router OR just the same model ?

Has the router changed position in the property ? ( I'm thinking maybe closer to a neighbouring wifi and thus suffering interference )

I assume that the DSL lead is disconnected?

Try a factory reset on the hub by pushing a paperclip or similar in the reset hole. Hold the seitch closed until you get a Green light.
