No wifi in house

I have recently moved into a new build and have had no wifi for nearly a week now. Plusnet have sent out 2 openreach engineers who both say the fault lies with plusnet but plusnet say it’s a problem with the ont. my question is what can I do and what should I do to try and solve this.

@daveythesavior Welcome to the forums. What lights are what colour on both the ONT and the Hub?

Re: No wifi in house

What you do is keep talking to Plusnet.  They own the problem … and the BT engineers are most probably wrong. BT builds the service, Plusnet just activate the account / charging.

If it’s built properly activation is a simple task … if it’s not built properly…

A faulty BT build out is not uncommon.  For the avoidance of doubt, does the ONT have a single port.  Is it powered and what lights / colours does it display?  What colours does the router show?
