No option to order new router

I requested an upgrade to full fibre, and on the confirmation email it says:

"If you've ordered a Plusnet router, this will arrive before your activation date. Please refer to the guide inside the box for setup instructions."

Unless i completely missed it during the upgrade request process, there was no place to request a new router, are they sent out automatically? or do i have to request one separately?

The Hub supplied with Full Fibre is the Hub two.

Do you already have a Hub two with your current product? If yes, that might explain why you were not offered a new Hub.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Ahh yes it is a Hub two (with WAN port). Thanks for the quick reply @Dan_the_Van
