Lost connection tonight.
Modem appears to be sync OK but Pppoe not connecting.
Assume some outage?

Have switched off VDSL modem and the router and will leave for 30 minutes and try again.

I have been notified this evening that customers in the Glasgow area may be suffering an outage on our FTTC and ADSL2+ products.
Don't know much more than that at the moment.

OK - I had just finished the fault checks and when I reverted to my normal login it connected OK again!
I have tried to cancel the fault tests on the line.
