Issues with full fibre

We recently upgraded to 500 full fibre and the last couple of days have been having issues with the signal. If we do a speed test it can drop all the way down to 7 Mbps for the download speed. What is going on?

Are you doing these speed tests using a device connected by ethernet cable to the router, or on a WiFi device?

Ethernet cable gives a far more reliable result, and will enable people to help localise the problem.
